In addition to a flexible work schedule, being a Merry Maids team member has many benefits:

  • Regular Hours - 8:00 am - 4 pm, Weekdays Only! Less than 5 days a week is considered, but we need you available for that standard shift
  • Weekly paychecks by direct deposit, a pay card or check
  • An updated pay policy - trainees start at $12.50, then go to $13.00 per hour, plus a bonus program and tipping. Many of our team members are earning close to $20 per hour, and some, with a lot of experience, are over that!
